As a Production Director - Services at Ubisoft Montréal, you will oversee production activities for the Hélix graphics team. You will support the delivery of visual production services, including key art, thumbnails, codex assets, and style guides, while helping teams maintain productive workflows, high-quality standards, and alignment with production priorities. Define your team's mission, priorities, objectives, and production roadmaps in collaboration with management Coordinate the production of graphics deliverables including key art, thumbnails, codex assets, and style guides Establish and communicate clear production processes and operational frameworks across teams and projects Anticipate production needs related to visual content, quality standards, and delivery timelines Build and maintain development plans aligned with production priorities, resources,
