JOB TITLE Production Area Manager (Full Time Salary) REPORTS TO Store / Owner Manager Contributes to achieving sales and profit objectives by executing merchandising plans, managing inventory levels, checking invoices for receipt and correct costing & utilizing effective tool usage (CAO, FIM, WFM) Manages store staff by assisting hiring, providing clear direction, reviewing performance, providing timely feedback. Ensures customer service standards by managing product quality and variety, maintaining department appearance, greeting customers and responding to their needs, concerns, inquiries, as well resolving issues and complaints. Ensures compliance with government legislation and company standards including food safety & OHS directives.

Ability to lead, management and develop a team of 100 or more employees Basic computer skills ( knowledge is an asset) Solid attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.

The Manager will lead and manage staff to achieve the highest level of customer service, while adhering to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, corporate policies and Health and Safety, and other programs and initiatives. The Manager will also manage budgets, labour costs, inventory control, product presentation and merchandising.
