The Role

We are adding a Production Supervisor for a Monday to Friday night shift. Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, the successful candidate will:

- Provide coaching, guidance, leadership and direction to operational and production staff.
- Exercise authority to ensure policies and procedures are followed and time frames are met.
- Utilize excellent people‑management and communication skills to build effective staff and organizational relationships.
- Maintain high attention to detail and quality, time‑management and organizational skills,



and meet cost and schedule requirements.

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a deadline‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
- Above-average computer skills.
- Experience and/or training in production is an asset.
