Oversee all aspects of Production – Demands Company wide, Schedule of machines, coordinating across shifts Utilize ERP, daily reports, weekly meetings,



and Work Order Program to input and track production Resolve and report any issues that may arise to the Plant Manager Enforce compliance of company policies and procedures maintaining a safe and effective work setting Work with the Plant Manager to ensure that there are the proper number of people to meet production needs Work with the Production Assistant(s) to schedule machines and personnel Part of improving efficiencies in all aspects (total parts, parts per hour produced, PPM defects, downtime, employee productivity) of production. Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office, ERP) Effective communicator with staff as well as all levels of management Flexible, innovative and comfortable setting own priorities Minimum 5 Years as Production Supervisor or equivalent (required) Valid lift truck license (preferred) Afternoon Shift: 3pm-12am from Monday to Friday #
