We are seeking reliable individuals to start machines, monitor production quality, and assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks. This position requires an understanding of safety protocols while operating machinery and requires teamwork to ensure productive production. Key Responsibilities:

- Start and operate sawmill and planer mill machines
- Monitor conveyor systems for performance issues
- Clean work areas and equipment diligently
- Report product deficiencies to the supervisor promptly
- Assist as needed in additional tasks

Requirements:

- Solid work ethic and willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license for travel
- Experience in an industrial setting preferred
- Proficient communication skills required
- Must be available on call for shifts
