Helper is a production worker within our steel manufacturing facility who supports the wider site operations and senior Machine Operators producing high quality wire and wire products . The role reports to the Production Managers or designate and requiresmembership in the Teamsters Union, Local 213.



Operation of production machinery Operation of an overhead crane and forklift Assisting senior Machine Operators at assigned workstations (i.e. lifting/moving product up to 50 lbs.) This role is a stepping stone to a Machine Operator with a base pay of $31.34/hr. Week 1 & 2: Day Shift – Monday to Friday, 6:00AM -2:30PM Night Shift – Monday to Friday, 2:30PM-10:30PM Afternoon Shift – Monday to Friday, 10:30pm – 6:00AM Why Tree Island?
