We are looking for a number of highly organized Program Coordinators to support the success of our AI literacy and training programming. In this role, you will help manage program operations, such as organizing events, and coordinate the deployment of AI and ML learning content and resources, and managing scholarship applications. If you are passionate about clear communication, user experience, and supporting impactful programs, to help us support AI literacy development in Canada. ” Adam Danyleyko, Product Owner - Training Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute (Amii) is one of Canada’s three main institutes for artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, our world-renowned researchers drive fundamental and applied research at the University of Alberta (and other academic institutions), training some of the world’s top scientific talent.

Our cross-functional teams work collaboratively with Alberta-based businesses and organizations to build AI capacity and translate scientific advancement into industry adoption and economic impact. We are looking for a number of Program Coordinators, both Term and Permanent positions, to support the development, deployment, and growth of AI literacy programming across K -12, post-secondary, and industry. Reporting to the Manager, AI Literacy, the Program Coordinator is a key member of the Training team, actively participating in the execution of Amii’s business functions.

Supports end-to-end support for AI literacy program and product delivery,



including administrative tasks Coordinates internal tools and resources for Training team products and projects Captures and monitors and evaluate program performance through metrics and feedback, identifying areas for improvement Assists in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of program and product execution Adapts and manages shifting priorities effectively based on evolving program requirements, team dynamics, and client needs Manages and responds to inbound inquiries Supports and executes product-related contract fulfillment needs Helps manage team communication channels, such as emails, messaging platforms, and team-oriented tools Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, or related field (nice to have) ~2+ years experience in program coordination or project management (nice to have) ~ Experience working with MOOC, CRM, LMS platforms Demonstrates a positive, group-win approach and a willingness to help, learn, and share Demonstrates adaptability and effectively manages shifting priorities A professional yet casual work environment that encourages the growth and development of your skills Gain access to the Amii community and events Competitive compensation, including paid time off and flexible health benefits A modern office located in downtown Edmonton, Alberta We encourage applications from all qualified individuals without regard to ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or disability.
