A highly organized professional with 5–7 years of experience in financial analysis, governance reporting, or PMO functions (minimum 3+ years in a large enterprise environment). Skilled in Excel — Power Query, PivotTables, advanced formulas (XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH), and data modeling. Proficient in Power BI — connecting datasets, designing dashboards, and building DAX measures for financial KPIs.

Experienced in PowerPoint — creating executive-level visuals that communicate complex data with clarity and impact. Comfortable collaborating in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint — managing documents, meetings, and stakeholder communications globally. Experienced with Microsoft Copilot (M365)— using AI to summarize data, automate reporting, and enhance productivity.

Strong in project and deliverable management — able to plan, track, and follow through on executive meetings and reporting cycles. A confident communicator who can present insights and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and precision. Experience supporting financial governance programs or executive reporting functions at a global financial institution. Develop executive-ready PowerPoint presentations with data-driven insights and clear decision points. Use Copilot to summarize data, create visuals, and generate structured meeting summaries. Coordinate executive governance meetings — scheduling, agendas, data validation, pre-reads,



and post-meeting follow-ups.
