- Bachelor's / master's degree in mechanical / Aeronautical engineering.
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods with PMP or CSM certification.
- 5+ years experience in project or program management of multidisciplinary projects in aircraft structures working with major Aircraft OEMs or Tier-1s or Engineering Services providers.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and peers with experience managing large teams / complex programs.
- This job requires travels to customer sites.
