Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to lead community development initiatives in Kimberley. This full-time, office-based position involves direct engagement with community members, local authorities, and project stakeholders. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful completion of diverse community development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet their intended objectives.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of residents in the Northern Cape province. Oversee the planning, budgeting, and implementation of community development projects from inception to completion. Manage project teams, contractors, and volunteers, ensuring effective coordination and performance.

Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation plans. Liaise with community members, local government officials, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and support. Monitor project progress, identify risks,



and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in community development or related sectors. Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.

Strong leadership and team management skills, with excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
