We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator/Administrator to support our project teams while developing a long-term career in construction.

CDI is headquartered in Duncan, BC , and operates projects throughout Western Canada. As such, the successful candidate must be willing to travel and support various project sites as operational needs require.

Support Project

Managers and Superintendents with daily project coordination and administrative activities across office and field operations. Participate in daily safety meetings, site inspections, hazard assessments, and help promote a positive safety culture. Assist in maintaining project safety documentation, reports, inspection records, and site compliance requirements.

Assist with project administration including schedules, logs, invoices, purchase orders, RFIs, submittals, and document control Prepare and update AutoCAD drawings, work plans, staging diagrams, sketches, and as-built documentation Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, foremen, and field crews to support project execution and progress tracking Assist with crew timesheets,



work orders, rental equipment coordination, and billing-related activities Support QA/QC activities including concrete pours, inspections, photo documentation, and completion of project checklists Review project drawings and specifications to identify design conflicts, omissions, and constructability concerns Monitor field activities to ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, and safety requirements Assist with change management processes, field change requests, and project scope updates Conduct document control functions including tracking RFIs, submittals, agreements, and project correspondence Continuously develop construction knowledge and project management skills while contributing to team success Diploma or degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (Civil or Geotechnical), Construction Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline. ~0–3 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, field operations, or health & safety within a construction workplace. ~ Previous experience supporting construction projects, document control, field operations, project administration, or safety programs.



~ Ability and willingness to travel and work at remote project locations throughout Western Canada based on operational requirements. ~ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with both office and field teams. ~ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. ~ Assets Occupational Health & Safety education, certifications, or experience (such as NCSO, CSO, COR Auditor, First Aid, or related training).

Experience with AutoCAD. The role is a permanent, full-time position with a typical starting salary range of $65,000 to $70,000 per annum.
