The Project
Coordinator, Change Management is responsible for supporting the delivery of a multi-year Finance Transformation initiative that involves transitioning to a cloud-based ERP system.
The Project
Coordinator will play an important role in helping the Organizational Change Management (OCM) workstream coordinate activities across impacted stakeholder groups, maintain clear and consistent communications, support training development and delivery, and help ensure all project milestones are achieved within the required timelines. Supporting workstream planning, tracking, and coordination across change management, communications, training, and post-go-live support activities Supporting the development and maintenance of project materials, including meeting decks, newsletters, FAQs, SharePoint content, and other key deliverables Helping track, organize, and follow up on questions, feedback, decisions, risks, issues,
and action items related to change management and training Coordinating training scheduling, logistics, learner communications and engagement activities, attendance tracking, and training completion follow-up Supporting the organization, review, and maintenance of training materials such as quick reference guides, e-learning modules and instructor-led session resources Maintaining OCM-related project tools, trackers, calendars, and work items to provide visibility into progress, dependencies, and upcoming milestones Scheduling, coordinating, and participating in meetings and events, collecting and distributing relevant materials, taking detailed meeting notes, and following up on action items Undergraduate degree in Business, Technology, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience and qualifications ~2-3 years’ experience supporting project delivery, change management, communications, training, or stakeholder engagement activities, preferably in a Finance, Technology, or Real Estate environment ~ Experience delivering projects or supporting projects/programs in a fast-paced environment-li ~ ~ Robust organizational and project management skills ~ Proficiency in MS Office tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel PowerPoint, Sharepoint, Copilot) ~ Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple initiatives at the same time, across multiple teams and business functions Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software Knowledge of organizational change management,
communications and training practices is an asset Experience with in-person training logistics and/or meeting room technology Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) a nice to have Robust relationship-building skills and the ability to work effectively with project teams, business stakeholders and leaders Change management, project management, or learning-related certifications are an asset We believe that time together in the office is important for OMERS and Oxford, the strength of our employees, and the work we do for our pension members. This posting is for an existing vacancy. The expected salary range for this position is $62,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year, prorated based on the term of the contract. You may also be eligible to receive an annual Incentive Award pursuant to our Short-term Incentive plan and our Long-Term Incentive plan (if applicable), and to participate in our group benefits and retirement plans – details on these elements of compensation are included within OMERS & Oxford offer letters.
