Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate with Project Managers, technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.

· Prepare and track project schedules, work orders, material deliveries, and deadlines.

· Assist with HVAC/mechanical projects involving chillers, boilers, pumps, cooling towers, RTUs, piping, BAS, etc.

· Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project documentation.

· Coordinate site access, shutdowns, equipment, materials, and manpower.

· Track project costs, purchase orders, change orders, invoices, and progress billing.

· Maintain accurate project records and prepare status reports and meeting minutes.

· Follow up on deficiencies, delays, safety requirements, commissioning, and project close-out.

· Support communication between field teams, management, customers, consultants, and vendors.

· Ensure CBS projects are properly coordinated, documented, scheduled, and delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the customer's requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in HVAC, mechanical construction,



building services, facilities, or project coordination.

· Solid knowledge of commercial and residential mechanical building systems, including HVAC and related building services.

· Ability to read, interpret, and work from mechanical drawings, specifications, and project

· documentation.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong organizational, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

· Proficiency with Google Drive and Microsoft Office is an asset.

· Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Construction, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.

· Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

· Valid driver's license is mandatory.

Other Information:

· Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (based on work experience)
