As our project portfolio continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator Co-op Student to support our delivery team and gain hands-on experience working in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for a student interested in project management, business analysis, consulting, or technology. Reporting to our Project Manager, the successful candidate will help coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, track project progress, and support communication between internal teams and clients.

This position offers a unique opportunity to learn how technology consulting projects are planned, managed, and delivered while working alongside experienced professionals in the Microsoft data and AI ecosystem.

What You'll Do

- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and status updates.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Follow up with team members on assigned tasks and outstanding action items.
- Support project meetings by preparing agendas and documenting outcomes.
- Assist with resource scheduling and project administration.
- Update project management tools, dashboards, and reports.
- Help prepare client-facing presentations and project communications.
- Coordinate internal processes related to project delivery.
- Identify and escalate potential project risks, delays, or issues.




- Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational processes.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in:
- Business
- Business Technology Management
- Information Systems
- Project Management
- Operations Management
- Computer Science
- Engineering
- Or a related discipline
- Eligible for a co-op or practicum placement through your institution.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented and highly dependable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Experience using Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
- Interest in technology, data analytics, AI, or consulting.
- Experience coordinating team activities, events, or student projects.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem is considered an asset.

Student Work Placement Eligibility

This position may be eligible for funding through a Government of Canada supported student work placement program. Funding is subject to program eligibility and approval.

To be eligible, candidates must generally:

- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or protected person/refugee.
- Be currently enrolled in a full-time or part time program at an accredited Canadian college or university.
- Be legally entitled to work in Canada and not be an international student.
- Remain enrolled for the required portion of the placement.
- Have a program of study related to the duties and learning opportunities of this position.

Funding is not guaranteed and is subject to approval by the applicable funding agency.
