The Project

Coordinator will assist the Project Manager in overseeing modification projects of varying complexity and size. Your focus will be on planning, organizing, and directing project activities while managing essential budgetary and scheduling requirements. You will play a vital role in maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders, ensuring timely project delivery, and fostering a productive team workplace. Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily project management tasks and activities
- Chair project meetings and distribute relevant minutes




- Prepare progress reports and maintain tracking logs
- Manage changes and update project plans accordingly
- Coordinate project close-out activities with the team

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Up to 2 years in project coordination in the nuclear sector
- Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office Suite
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Client Security Clearance needed
