A project coordinator is responsible for accurate transfer of data from the estimating software to our ERP software ensuring all costing and selling prices line up between the two software platforms. They ensure that material is ordered, fabricated and delivered to the customer based on the project timelines.

Coordinators are responsible for accurate reporting through the ERP system as well as closing out contracts at the end of projects. Coordinate accurate ordering/sourcing/itemizing of materials for project in a timely manner; be aware of general contractor's schedule and achieve lowest cost freight Coordinate quality checks on all product before it is turned over to customer Manage on-time scheduling shipping of materials for project; outsource outbound freight Coordinate with accounting to ensure prompt billings and ensure accuracy with contract and change orders issued Participate in project postmortems and identify successful and unsuccessful processes within the project. Provide exceptional customer service; Communicate with general contractor as it relates to product delivery Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities Bilingual (English/French) is required.
