Actively participates in projects, provides assistance, manages client input/feedback, and general coordination
- Working with single or multidisciplinary design teams on the project to ensure efficient and sustainable project delivery
- Preparation of reports, proposals, and tender/bid submissions, budgets, project plans, and other supporting documentation, as required and directed by the project manager
- Coordinating tender phase and construction phase services, including the issuance of addendums, shop drawing review, and Request for Information (RFI) tracking
- Estimating and scheduling of projects, invoicing, including close out review, and update /maintenance of company-related data and resources
- Monitoring project budgets and tracking financial pursuits including proposals and change orders
- Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety policies and procedures
- Apply and promote Englobe’s security policies and procedures; however, this role supports operations and projects in Atlantic Canada, for projects all across the Country. Degree, diploma, or certification from a recognized post-secondary institution(Engineering, Technologies, or Project Management)or equivalent project coordination background(minimum1-3 years).Current Grad’s will be considered
- Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel are required;Excellent command of English grammar, spelling and composition, as well as oral communication and interpersonal skills. French language skills considered an asset
- Confidence to participate in regular meetings, and eager to coordinate with team members in person, on the phone, and via email
- Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills
- Effectively manages a variety oftasksand/or initiatives, often occurring simultaneously
- Able to balance work and personal requirements
