Airbus Canada Limited Partnership is looking for a PMBP (Project Management Business Partner) Development to join our A220 commercial aircraft programme in Mirabel, Quebec. You will work with product development teams on major modifications of the A220 and support cross‑functional project management expertise within Airbus Canada.

Responsibilities

- Support Time, Cost, Quality, and Performance objectives of projects
- Ensure sound decision‑making and escalation of issues
- Develop, harmonise, and update integrated plans
- Ensure plan quality through performance indicators and rule monitoring
- Manage and control project scope throughout its life cycle
- Coordinate project management activities with the Airbus system, including project maturity reviews
- Integrate and analyse financial, planning, quality and performance data to provide transparent progress analysis
- Manage risks and opportunities (identification, categorisation, recovery plan)




- Establish and manage governance of multidisciplinary teams, internal and external to Airbus (engineering, methods, quality, procurement, suppliers)
- Create synergies in the Project Management community by sharing experience and best practices

Qualifications

- University degree in management, project management, engineering or equivalent
- PMP certification (asset)
- Leadership qualities and high influence level
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project or programme management
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem‑solving skills
- Open‑minded with robust interpersonal skills and high teamwork ability
- Well‑organised, excellent time‑management, self‑motivated
- Ideally experience and interest in aerospace industry
- Fluency in French and English, both orally and in writing
- Advanced skills with Google Workspace and Planisware
