- Maintain U-Haul facilities to aid colleagues in providing the highest standard of service to customers
- Respond to facility needs promptly and efficiently
- Perform project work independently or collaborate on projects as needed
- Work around moving parts and machines for building and site maintenance while observing safety precautions
- Use tools and equipment for facility maintenance across applicable trades

Requirements

- Experience performing and utilizing tools and equipment in any of the following areas: carpentry, metal framing, painting, masonry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing or landscaping
- Respond promptly and efficiently to facility needs
- Collaborate on projects or work alone as needed
- Valid driver's license and a valuable driving record to operate a motor vehicle
- Adhere to all local vehicular regulations while driving
- Observe necessary safety precautions while working around moving parts and machines for building and site maintenance
- Ability to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields when required




- Ability to remain stationary for long periods indoors and outdoors, traverse spaces, reposition to reach and use tools, and move a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted
