Maltbie is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead client relationships and project delivery for world-class experiential spaces. You’ll guide one to two projects or collaborate on larger teams, ensuring each is completed on time, on budget, and on brand. Oversee design development, integrating drafting, graphics, interactives, and other elements while maintaining budget goals Coordinate subcontractors and supply-only packages,



ensuring timely progress and compliance Lead project meetings, track milestones, and maintain alignment with timelines and expectations Manage production flow to synchronize with installation phases and minimize delays Support financial oversight on assigned projects 5+ years managing multi-phase projects in construction, architecture, or exhibits ~ Deep technical knowledge of millwork, interior finishes, and showcase fabrication — especially for museum-grade builds ~ Solid problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills ~ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Kubik Maltbie isn’t just a workplace—it’s a creative forge for building unforgettable experiences.
