Job Overview:
- The ideal candidate will manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee customer-facing project execution, and ensure successful delivery of healthcare imaging equipment installations and related infrastructure initiatives.
Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Healthcare, or a related field.
- PMP certification or similar project management designation.
- Strong project management experience in external client-facing healthcare or medical imaging environments.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.
- Strong experience using Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, site planning, and construction practices.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends when required.
Experience:
- Experience managing healthcare or medical imaging implementation projects.
- Experience creating and maintaining project schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Experience managing project forecasting, revenue tracking, and site readiness activities.
- Experience coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors, customers, and internal project teams.
- Experience monitoring site preparation, installation activities, equipment delivery, and application training schedules.
- Experience managing project documentation, checklists, change orders, and project handover activities.
- Experience coordinating logistics,
warehousing, storage, and delivery operations.
- Experience conducting customer meetings, kickoff meetings, closure meetings, and project handovers.
- Experience supporting implementation of imaging and healthcare technology solutions.
- Experience managing onsite teams including installers, commissioning specialists, and applications teams.
- Experience escalating project risks and issues to maintain timelines and delivery commitments.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple concurrent healthcare and medical imaging projects.
- Create and maintain project schedules and implement corrective actions when schedules deviate.
- Provide accurate revenue forecasting and project status reporting to Sales and Finance teams.
- Travel to project sites to validate project status, address issues, and collaborate with customers and contractors.
- Coordinate room planning activities with customers, planning teams, and account managers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for architects, consultants, contractors, customers, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor site readiness, production, equipment delivery, installation activities, and training schedules.
- Complete and maintain all project-related documentation and project records.
- Ensure project delivery dates and bridge dates align with customer and operational requirements.
- Manage logistics activities including warehouse coordination, storage, and site delivery.
- Conduct kickoff meetings, customer status meetings, closure meetings, and project handovers.
- Ensure customer requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate all project resources including delivery teams, installers, commissioning engineers, and application specialists.
- Capture and maintain project documentation within required project databases.
- Escalate risks, delays, and support needs as required.
- Support department staff and perform additional project management duties as assigned.
