In this role, you will be responsible for managing major projects with revenues up to $50M, reporting to the Operations Manager. You will oversee the complete project lifecycle while mentoring junior staff, applying your technical expertise and leadership skills. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee project delivery from pre-construction to close-out
- Monitor and control budgets, schedules, and risks
- Guide teams to ensure robust client and stakeholder experiences




- Mentor project management staff and establish performance goals
- Champion health, safety, and quality throughout projects

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years direct project management experience
- Technical trade certificate or engineering degree preferred
- Strong skills in estimating, risk management, and financial controls
- Experience managing complex infrastructure projects
- Proven ability to mentor and develop teams
