From contract award and pass over to final handoff, you’ll take ownership of your projects — budgets, schedules, and client relationships included. You’ll be supported by our proven Project Manager Playbook but trusted to lead with your own expertise and initiative. You may have a Project Coordinator to support and you have a robust field team as your eyes and ears on site.

Guide projects from pre-construction through closeout, staying ahead of the curve. Lead and support site teams and subcontractors to deliver top-tier results. Keep a close eye on budgets, schedules, and quality — because details matter.

Some days you’ll be planning and forecasting in the office; others, you’ll be walking sites, solving challenges, and celebrating progress with your team. 5+ years of construction experience (landscape construction experience preferred) ~2+ years in a project management role ~ Post-secondary education in Project Management, Construction Management, Business, or a related field ~ A sharp eye for identifying risks, solving problems, and applying value engineering principles. ~ Proficient with MS Office, Bluebeam, and MS Project ~ A passion for building exceptional projects and strong teams ~ Certifications such as Red Seal, CHT, CLM, or ISA are an asset (completed or in progress).
