Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

- 5+ years of experience using Primavera/P6 for scheduling.
- Proficiency with 1500+ tasks on the logic side.
- Experience with scheduling, planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Knowledge of work breakdown structure, resource management, cost estimation, and risk analysis.
- Ability to understand the status of a project and link the schedule to the reality of the execution.
- Ability to identify risks and opportunities in the schedule and drive appropriate action.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience as a Project Scheduler on large capital projects.
- Experience in nuclear projects strongly preferred; experience in power generation, utilities, infrastructure, or other regulated industries will be considered.
- Strong proficiency with Primavera P6.
- Demonstrated knowledge of critical path method scheduling and resource loading.
- Knowledge of schedule forecasting, progress measurement, and SPI / CPI tracking.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain required Canadian security clearance.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and update detailed integrated project schedules.
- Coordinate schedule inputs with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and project controls teams.




- Track progress against baselines, milestones, and critical path activities.
- Analyze schedule performance and support forecasting, recovery planning, and what-if scenario analysis.
- Support project controls activities including resource loading, progress measurement, and schedule performance analysis.
- Monitor and report on key project performance indicators such as SPI and CPI.
- Support change management, schedule updates, and baseline revisions.
- Prepare regular schedule reports and communicate schedule risks, delays, and mitigation plans to stakeholders.
- Ensure scheduling practices align with project controls standards and contractual requirements.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Power BI, SAP, or similar systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Project.
- Experience supporting nuclear new build, refurbishment, modification, or decommissioning projects.
- Familiarity with EPC/EPCM project delivery models.
- Qualified certifications such as PMP, PSP, or AACE credentials.
- Experience with earned value management.
