RioCan is seeking a Property Accountant at our Lawrence Allen Centre location in Toronto. You will provide financial and accounting assistance across a large portfolio of properties, preparing statements, posting journal entries, and reconciling accounts.

The role requires 3–5 years of property accounting experience, proficiency with Excel/Outlook/Word, and knowledge of Yardi is an asset. We offer a comprehensive benefits program, growth opportunities, and a cooperative environment.
