Island office with accessible parking and up-to-date amenities. Full-Cycle Portfolio Accounting: Manage day-to-day financial operations and monthly closing processes for the portfolio.

Cash Management: Oversee and optimize cash flow balances across the properties. Drive the year-end tenant reconciliation process for CAM and realty tax billings.



Partner with property management and operations teams to assist in annual budgeting and forecasting. Serve as a key financial contact for external stakeholders, providing clear, data-driven financial insights. College or University Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, specifically within the real estate industry.

Technical Savvy: Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS reporting standards and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, financial modeling).

Language Skills: Fully bilingual (English/French).

Fluent

English proficiency is required as you will collaborate with colleagues across Canada who may not speak French. Public company experience is a strong asset.
