Realstar is seeking a polished, service-driven Property Administrator to join the team at one of our premier luxury residential buildings in Midtown Toronto. Job Type: Full time Location: Midtown Toronto, ON Reports to: Property Manager

About the Role

As Property Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for residents and prospective residents at our building, handling everything from leasing and administration to resident relations. You'll play a key part in maintaining the elevated standard our residents expect, both in how the building looks and in the service they receive.

What You'll Do

Leasing & Administration Show and lease suites to prospective residents

Prepare applications and leases, and conduct credit, reference, and employment checks

Coordinate rent receipts and bank deposits

Draft resident notices and maintain positive resident relations

Answer phones professionally and manage petty cash and general filing

Use property management software to record transactions and manage lease renewals Resident & Customer Service Greet and interact with residents and prospective residents in a warm, professional manner

Respond to resident concerns and service requests within 24 hours, following up to ensure satisfaction

Plan and host resident events (holiday parties, summer barbeques, and more)

Recognize and accommodate the unique needs of long-term residents

Foster a neighbourly community atmosphere through initiatives like food drives and garage sales Property Upkeep Maintain common areas (lobbies, elevators, hallways,



stairwells, windows) and amenity spaces (laundry rooms, swimming pool, recreation rooms) to a five-star standard

Prepare vacant units for move-in, including cleaning of appliances, floors, walls, windows, kitchens, washrooms, and balconies

Address minor maintenance items such as light fixtures, vents, filters, and plumbing fixtures

Handle cleaning chemicals safely and in line with WHMIS standards What You Bring Previous property management or similar customer service experience is an asset

Strong administrative and organizational skills, with solid computer and keyboarding ability

Excellent written and verbal communication skills A polished, professional presentation and a genuine "can-do" attitude

Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day responsibilities with minimal supervision

Working knowledge of life safety, fire safety, and emergency procedures

Bilingual in English and French is an asset Compensation, Benefits & Perks Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 annually, based on experience
