Job Summary The successful candidate will have an interest in a career in commercial real estate, and specifically property management. They will work well in a fast-paced environment and be able to successfully manage their time between several tasks for the Portfolio simultaneously. They will be eager to learn and apply new skills.
They will take ownership and pride in their role in the successful management of the properties. They will create an organized workplace which facilitates the optimal management of the properties. Accuracy and efficiency will be a priority to this candidate.

Education Requirements
High School required
Post Secondary Education preferred
Additional vocational studies encouraged
Experience Requirements
Strong computer skills specifically with MS Word, MS Excel, including Mail Merges, track changes and Outlook. Experience in Commercial Real Estate preferred, including lease and property administration, customer service. Experience with Yardi and/or Sage an asset.

Personable and refined professional conduct. Motivated, ambitious multi-tasker. Must be able to work well both independently and in a team environment. The successful candidate will be a proactive and critical thinker. Excellent problem solving skills necessary. Excellent organizational skills required.
Skill and Knowledge Requirements
1. Positive personality with professional and articulate written and verbal communication skills
2. Basic Math comprehension required
3. Attention to details imperative and ability to multi task.
4. Extremely well organized and proactive in terms of initiating and executing tasks.
5. Particularly fluent with MS Word, including track changes as well as MS Excel.
Job Responsibilities and Tasks
1. Answer Tenant Services Line and Coordinate Tenant Services requests. Follow up with the requests until resolution found.
2. Work with site operators on Maintenance Care tasks and tenant requests.
3. Lease document administration including creation and distribution of offers, amendments, lease documents, lease summaries, lease fee checklists, NERs/BAFs. Parking agreements, storage agreements and pylon agreements.
4. Property/Lease file administration and organization, including welcome letters, rent step ups, lease terminations, insurance requirements, parking, storage, pylon, correspondence, tenant contact information updates, Service Contract information updates. Updates to stacking plans.
5. General support to Property Manager, including vacation coverage. Provide support and assistance to Property Managers with day to day activities for the buildings.
6. Tenant Improvement Allowance coordination and processing
7. Credit Check coordination for new tenants
8. Contract administration.
9. Accounts Receivable collection and administration with the support of the PM.
10. Acquisition/Disposition of properties: be coordinator and point person to collect and disseminate all relevant information, forms, data relating to property transfer and Investors.
11. Administration of construction projects, invoice tracking and PARs
