Your New Employer

Crown Property Management is expanding its downtown Toronto team by adding a full-time Property Manager position. The organization seeks a proven commercial real estate leader to strengthen tenant relationships, elevate operational performance and position a portfolio of assets for long-term success.

Your Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead the management and performance of a downtown Toronto commercial portfolio. You will be at the centre of tenant service, building operations, financial management, capital planning, sustainability and team leadership, partnering with Leasing, Accounting, Operations and Sustainability to keep each property compliant, efficient and profitable.

As the primary tenant contact, you will build trusted relationships through regular visits, proactive communication and responsive service; lead engagement initiatives; use tools such as the RISE Connect App; and coordinate move-ins and move-outs. You will prepare budgets, analyze financial results, manage receivables and approvals, coordinate operating-cost and tax adjustments, and support MPAC and property-tax matters.

You will also oversee capital projects, building improvements, BOMA BEST certification and practical ESG initiatives. Your mandate includes building operations, security, maintenance, inspections, vendor contracts and RFPs, property onboarding, and compliance with OHSA, AODA, Fire and Life Safety, hazardous materials and Risk Wise requirements.



You will recruit, coach and develop property-management and operations staff.

What Sets You Apart

You bring at least five years of commercial property management experience, including two years in a leadership role, and post-secondary education in business or a related field. A CPM or RPA designation is preferred. A valid G driver's licence and daily access to a vehicle are required.

You are confident in managing budgets, optimizing operations, leading teams, and delivering exceptional tenant service. You are also a cooperative relationship builder who demonstrates sound judgement, accountability, integrity, and a commitment to sustainability, innovation, and service quality.

Compensation

Expected total annual compensation of CDN$99,000 - $121,00, including a base salary of CDN$90,000- $110,000 and a performance-based bonus of up to 10%, subject to individual and/or company performance.
