Your role focuses on maintaining the pristine condition of all public areas to enhance guest satisfaction. As a key player reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, you will clean guest floors, washrooms, and common spaces efficiently while exceeding service expectations. Your efforts contribute significantly to the resort's reputation for exceptional hospitality, and you will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless experience for guests. Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure cleanliness of public washrooms and elevators
- Maintain fitness room supplies and other areas
- Strip rooms and wash floors/windows as needed
- Communicate effectively with co-workers regarding cleanliness
- Assist with garbage removal and linen transfer

Requirements:

- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- High level of mobility and flexibility
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work varied shifts including nights
