Procurement Manager Quantum Lifecycle is seeking a results-oriented Procurement Manager to establish and lead the Company's procurement function across North America. This newly created role will develop procurement strategies, standardize purchasing practices, negotiate enterprise supplier agreements, improve spend visibility, and deliver measurable cost savings while ensuring operating locations continue to receive the products and services they need quickly and efficiently. This position will initially lead one Procurement Coordinator with the chance to expand the function as the organization continues to grow.

Develop and execute enterprise procurement strategies. Negotiate national and regional supplier agreements. Standardize purchasing processes across all facilities. Oversee procurement workflows in Microsoft Business Central.

Develop procurement policies, KPIs, dashboards and executive reporting. Partner with Operations, Finance, Logistics, IT, Facilities and Engineering. Support acquisition integrations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Business or related field. Minimum 7 years of procurement experience. ERP experience (Business Central, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards or equivalent).
