Operational Excellence Department: Quality Job Type: Permanent Apply by: October 31, 2026 Retirement Savings Plans with Company Match/Contributions Bonus Plan Eligibility The Quality Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Quality System for the Mississauga facility in order to drive quality improvements and to also coordinate the IS-9000 and TS-16949 documentation and Internal/External Quality Audit System.

The Quality

Manager will report directly to the Plant Manager in Mississauga. Maintain and develop the Quality Management System to drive quality improvements. Coordinate the QMS’s documentation and Internal/External Audit System for Mississauga, coordinate internal audits across the plant.

Coordinate and manage the Corrective Action System for the location; provide training for effective Corrective Action investigations and implementation; Maintain certification to ISO-9001 and any other standards or customer requirements. This includes ensuring that the specification requirements are properly flowed down to production and that exceptions to specifications are clearly communicated to the customer. Drive surface improvements initiatives to reduce customer complaints and internal scrap.

Develop strong business relationships with customer quality representatives. Use Fundamental knowledge of aluminum alloy metallurgy, fabrication, microstructure development to improve process performance. Five or moreyears of Quality Experience in a Manufacturing facility Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business Aluminium Extrusion Production and Quality Systems Understand GD&T; and Drawing Tolerance,
