Train and mentor production employees on grading standards and quality practices Work with production employees to identify and resolve quality issues Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for process improvement Previous quality control experience within the lumber or manufacturing industry is considered an asset Robust knowledge of lumber grading standards and quality control practices
