We have obtained FDA approval and officially began the commercial launch of the Globe® Pulsed Field System.

This is a pivotal and exciting time in our journey, as we bring this life-changing technology to patients! Reporting to the QC Supervisor, you will have direct responsibility for the Quality Control activities to support the development, manufacturing, and sales of the Kardium products. Additionally, due to the nature of our manufacturing operations, this role involves working 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Thursday through Saturday and alternating Wednesdays, including holidays.

In-process and incoming inspections according to established specifications and procedures inside certified cleanrooms. Producing formal reports of the inspection and measurement results and initiating non-conformity reports (NCR) when required. Implementing 5S good practices to the Quality Control stations.

Suggesting improvement ideas related to the Quality Control processes. Our Kardium team is smart, creative, and passionate about creating cutting-edge medical devices to help improve people’s lives. You are suited to our approach and possess these attributes: At least two years of hands-on quality control or metrology lab experience, preferably in regulated manufacturing industries, such as medical devices or automotive.





An ability to interpret mechanical drawings to understand specified dimensional and functional characteristics to be measured, tested, or inspected, including the basics of GD&T.; An associate degree or diploma in a technical field, or equivalent combination of education, technical training, and/or related experience. Well-developed written and verbal communication and technical documentation skills.

Kardium has listed the total cash compensation range (base salary + 5% Retirement Savings Plan contribution) that we expect to pay applicants for this role, as of the time of this posting. As a permanent employee, you will also participate in Kardium’s stock option plan. ~$50,000 - 63,000 (CAD Annually) The total cash we’ve listed for this position includes a base salary, plus an annual contribution to a Retirement Savings Plan accountto help support your financial goals.
