Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the Quality Engineer will oversee the entire NCR process from initiation to closure.
This includes coordinating the containment of non-conforming products and facilitating root cause analysis. The role emphasizes collaboration with customer and supplier quality investigations, tracking NCR trends, and supporting the continuous improvement of quality systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead NCR process from initiation to closure
- Coordinate containment and disposition of non-conforming products
- Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Track NCR metrics and trends for quality insights
- Support internal audits and lead corrective action follow-up
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in aerospace quality engineering
- Proficiency in AS9100 and ISO 9001
- Robust data analysis and report writing skills
- Knowledge of ERP and Quality Management Systems
