- Lead reviews of patient safety events and quality-of-care cases
- Implement quality improvement strategies at unit level
- Facilitate compliance with Accreditation and Patient Safety Standards
- Mentor teams in quality improvement methodologies
- Analyze data to drive quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree in a health discipline or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Criminal Record Check completion required
