Here’s a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you’ll have :

- Develop, implement and ensure quality strategies for large or complex initiatives;
- Collaborate with delivery teams and architectural consultants to integrate functional and non-functional quality requirements from the ideation stage;
- Advise project management in the definition, implementation and interpretation of solution quality indicators;
- Influence stakeholders to adopt best practices in quality assurance;
- Coordinate quality specialists in the collection, analysis and interpretation of data required to support testing phases and implementation strategies;
- Write the overall testing strategy and manage it;
- Review and approve detailed quality and testing strategies for application teams;
- Develop or perform technical proofreading of test cases and scripts;
- Participate in quality review meetings;
- Prepare the system testing schedule with relevant stakeholders;
- Organize the preparation of environments and data necessary to run tests;
- Follow up on test results with the teams involved;
- Support specialists in defining scopes related to stories, releases, sprints, projects and tests;




- Contribute to bug management and patch tracking;
- Analyze risks, write required reports and make recommendations;
- Prepare and recommend action plans to resolve situations encountered;
- Perform manual and automated tests as required.

The profile you are looking for is as follows:

- Hold a bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline;
- Have a minimum of eight years of relevant experience in quality assurance;
- Experience in test automation;
- Master quality assurance processes and the implementation of quality tools;
- Knowledge of quality assurance tools such as Xray and Postman;
- Demonstrate experience in writing and executing strategies, scenarios, and test cases;
- Be organized, rigorous and have an excellent sense of responsibility;

This position requires working primarily in French, while requiring a functional command of English for daily tasks. This English proficiency is essential to understand documentation and ensure skilled communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues across Canada.
