About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent Quality Systems Engineer to join their dedicated team in Kimberley . This role is fundamental to maintaining and improving the overall quality management system, ensuring products and processes meet stringent standards. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and auditing quality procedures, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with relevant industry regulations. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of quality principles, and the ability to foster a quality-conscious culture throughout the organization in Kimberley .

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Conduct internal audits and process audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and lead root cause analysis for non-conformances.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues.
- Train employees on quality procedures, standards, and best practices.




- Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to ensure quality is integrated into all processes.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in quality engineering or quality systems management.
- In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Experience with quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis, and CAPA.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
