As a Line Service Technician, you will be responsible for supporting ground operations for inbound and outbound flights.This includesmaintainingfleet readiness,assisting passengers and providing crucial support to other departments,Charter, Aircraft Maintenance andFacilities.
Arrivals and Departures Support such as fuelaircraft, ensuringaircraftare chocked, locked and secure and Loading/unloading baggage Performaircraftlavatory and potable water service Assistpilots withaircraftpre-and post-flight services Check Facility and Fuel Equipment Maintenance Hangar and facility maintenance and cleaning Winter Operations Support such as De-Icing/Anti-Icing ofaircraftand Shoveling/Ploughing of immediate operations areas High School graduate withpost-secondaryaccreditation. Courses related to the aviation industry will be considered an asset. Knowledge of safety requirements in a maintenance/aviation environment Possess solid interpersonal and collaboration skills Radio license preferred or able to get one in the short term shift rotationscoverseven days per week as well as on statutory holidays. ~ There might be “callouts” outside of regularly scheduled hours resulting in overtime pay.
