We are seeking a clinician who values collaboration and is interested in contributing to an integrated, multidisciplinary healthcare environment. In this role, you will support the delivery of stepped-care mental health services to diverse populations, including MVA clients and military Veterans who may benefit from specialized psychosocial interventions.

with goal-focused psychotherapy to address mental health and psychosocial problems that are barriers to better health and family/community engagement.

Provide veteran clients with social work assessments and social work interventions in the client’s social milieu in order to improve social and community functioning. Deliver quality reporting and effective communication with all stakeholders. Registered with the Nova Scotia College of Social Workers as an MSW Clinical specialist (formerly known as Private Practitioner); Registered Counselling Therapist registered with the Nova Scotia College of Counselling Therapists, Minimum Master’s Degree in a counselling-related field such as Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work.

Experience in case conceptualization and treatment of a range of mental health symptoms with a variety of adult clients. Knowledge of psychological management of chronic pain and concussive syndrome an asset. Training and experience with cognitive behavioral therapy approaches,



and Trauma Processing modalities (e.g., Excellent interpersonal skills, solid judgement, and integrity.
