About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee and optimize a diverse portfolio of properties in Kimberley . This strategic role involves managing all aspects of property performance, financial oversight, tenant relations, and asset enhancement initiatives across commercial and residential assets. You will be instrumental in maximizing returns and preserving asset value for our client's extensive holdings in the Northern Cape . The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, financial acumen, and a comprehensive understanding of property management best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic plans for the acquisition, management, and disposition of properties within the assigned portfolio.
- Monitor portfolio performance, analyzing financial statements, occupancy rates, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Oversee property operations, including leasing, tenant management, maintenance, and capital expenditure planning for properties in Kimberley .
- Manage relationships with property managers, leasing agents, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with portfolio objectives.




- Conduct regular property inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with standards and identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Prepare detailed reports on portfolio performance, financial projections, and market outlooks for senior management and investors within the real estate sector.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate portfolio management , asset management, or property management.
- Strong financial analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and investment appraisal.
- Proven ability to manage complex portfolios and drive asset value growth.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of the Northern Cape property market dynamics and regulatory environment in Kimberley .
