Cartel Inc. is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established North York law firm for an experienced Real Estate Subdivision Clerk to join the firm's real estate team. This is a separate opportunity from the Residential Real Estate Clerk position. This role is specifically focused on subdivision matters and is not a residential purchase and sale clerk position.

Requirements Previous experience working as a real estate clerk handling subdivision matters . Solid organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage subdivision files and related documentation efficiently. Proficiency with relevant real estate software is an asset. Must be comfortable working in a fully in-office environment.
