- Communicate effectively with residents and families
- Facilitate scheduled outings for residents
- Evaluate daily activities to enhance engagement

Requirements:

- College diploma in Recreation or Gerontology
- Experience working with seniors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver’s license for transporting residents
