As a Recruiter, you will lead attraction and acquisition strategies while evolving all aspects of recruitment, with a primary focus on our Technology and Finance teams. You will help scale our corporate teams by managing recruitment across Engineering, Product, Architecture, ERP and Finance, to name a few. From day one, you will be introduced to our core values as an organization and contribute to how we work and collaborate globally as a Talent Acquisition (TA) team.

This role is primarily based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid work. Reporting to the Lead of Talent Acquisition, you will work closely with a team of energetic global recruiters who are focused on attracting and selecting the very best candidates for our corporate, manufacturing, and retail teams while ensuring an incredible candidate experience every step of the way. The TA team is supported by the People and Culture Operations team for our ATS (Lever), reporting, configuration, and support strategies.

Leading full cycle recruitment for your business area in line with Arc’teryx’s overall talent strategy strategic sourcing and pipeline activities in partnership with leaders for your designated business units Partnering with our Candidate Experience and Employer Brand Manager to develop unique, data-driven recruitment strategies to meet business needs Managing your external and internal postings, reviewing applications, interviewing,



and maintaining candidate records via our ATS Supporting the People & Culture team with other projects and hiring commitments as required Assisting the Lead, Talent Acquisition in developing and executing long-term strategies for your designated business areas Building talent pipelines by actively engaging with the local and global community associations Helping to identify roadblocks in our processes, while seeking ways to improve workflows to maximize efficiencies and our time to hire Actively participating in identifying and supporting TA projects and initiatives You have 5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience within Technology and Finance You have built customized recruitment strategies and can work autonomously You have strong interpersonal skills with a positive and approachable work ethic, and an evident desire and ability to build strong relationships with a customer-service focused mentality You are a firm supporter of diversity in the workplace, and you lead by example You have an excellent command of the English language, with robust verbal and written communication and presentation skills You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement The hourly rate for this role is: CAD$50/hr - CAD$60/hr at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training.
