Assist with the development, implementation, and evaluation of recruitment and retention strategies, policies, programs, practices and tactics in local, national and international environments. Provide specialized and complex information on qualified licensure, including required national examinations and assessment pathways, to physicians and health professionals considering Saskatchewan as a place to work/practice.

Build trusting relationships with students, residents, physicians and health professionals to influence their decision on where to work/practice. Utilize,



support and troubleshoot software that hosts candidate profiles to ensure the Agency has the insights needed to promote career opportunities provide front-line service to public and others on services and programs such as incentives, resources for licensing and job posting Contribute to sourcing and recruitment activities such initial screening of profiles and resumes; From time to time, local, national and international travel may be required.
