The Surrey School

District is looking for an HVAC Mechanical Tradesperson to join their staff. Whether you're a current graduate or an experienced technician in Millwright, HVAC, or Gas Fitting, your contribution will support the maintenance of over 140 school facilities. You'll enjoy a balanced work-life with access to quality tools and a fantastic work environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct HVAC installations and service tasks across facilities
- Collaborate with a small team of maintenance professionals
- Perform repairs and renovations efficiently




- Manage maintenance tools and equipment in compliance with safety
- Document services performed and maintenance logs

Requirements:

- BCTQ in a relevant trade: Millwright, Gas Fitter, or Refrigeration
- Valid Class “B” Gas Ticket; Class “A” is an asset
- Knowledge of Direct Digital Control (DDC) systems
- Class 5 BC Driver’s license required
- Good physical fitness to complete job responsibilities
