- Conduct onboarding and ongoing clinical education for staff
- Facilitate engaging skills labs and coaching sessions
- Validate competencies through assessments and demonstrations
- Develop lesson plans and learning resources
- Identify practice gaps with home leaders Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN)
