Health is seeking a Regional Manager, Hospitals & Long-Term Care Systems with management and leadership experience to join our Information Management Information Technology & Biomedical Engineering department.

The Regional Manager, Hospitals & Long-Term Care Systems is responsible for the planning, functionality and lifecycle of Clinical Information Systems (CIS) used to manage operations and deliver care in Northern Health (NH) hospitals and long-term care (LTC) homes. These systems are used by providers, nurses, allied health professionals, support staff, and operational managers. The Manager is the regional liaison between clinical leaders, Information Management Information Technology (IMIT), Biomedical Engineering, vendors and partners,



ensuring that CIS services are in accordance with NH practices and strategic goals.

The position manages IMIT staff, projects, services and relationships. The position is a health informatics leader, working in consultation with stakeholders to advance healthcare transformation. They utilize the framework of people, processes and technology to improve rural health spaces and services.

The salary range for this position is $108,147 (min) to $135,184 (midpoint) to $155,461 (max) per annum, based on 1.0 FTE.
