About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead their sales operations in the Northern Cape region, based out of Kimberley. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective regional sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize performance.
- Monitor regional sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities within the Northern Cape.
