Company Description Spectrum Way Behaviour Consulting Inc. provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services designed to meet the diverse needs of neurodiverse clients. The organization supports children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and related behavioral challenges. The team collaborates closely with caregivers and other professionals to promote skill development, independence, and improved quality of life.

Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA). The RBA will conduct functional behaviour assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and design behavior intervention programs for children and adolescents. Day-to-day responsibilities include data collection and analysis, monitoring client progress, and making data-informed adjustments to interventions.

The RBA will provide caregiver and staff training, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain explicit, professional documentation and reports. The role also involves adhering to ethical guidelines,



promoting inclusive practices, and ensuring services are delivered in a culturally responsive manner.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in ABA, including functional behaviour assessment, treatment planning, and behavior intervention design.
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation to guide clinical decision-making.
- Ability to train and coach caregivers, educators, and support staff on ABA strategies and behaviour support plans.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Capacity to work independently in a remote environment, manage caseloads, and maintain timely documentation.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field; RBA certification is a must.
- Experience working with neurodiverse populations, including individuals with ASD and ADHD, in clinical, educational, or community settings.
- Commitment to ethical practice, client-centered care, cultural humility, and ongoing professional development.
